3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

Always review AI-generated content before publishing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adkumo GmbH shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from AI-generated content
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

EU consumers retain their right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
